Pop Ups/Partnerships

We are so glad you are interested in having a community Acupuncture Pop Up Clinic! Most partnering organizations choose between a 2 or 3 hour Pop Up. There are other organizations and events that like to offer the Pop Up clinic space for longer and so we offer a two base sliding scale options and a floating add on rate for additional hours to either.

The 2 hour Pop Up Sliding Scale: $250-500
This means you have 3 hours of treatment time, but we call it the “2 hour” because we hold last seating for patients to begin a treatment at hour 2.5 so there is a minimum of 30 minutes to rest with the needles.

The 3 hour Pop Up Sliding Scale: $450-600
This means you have 4 hours of treatment time, but we call it the “3 hour” because we hold last seating for patients to begin a treatment at hour 3.5 so there is a minimum of 30 minutes to rest with the needles.

Any style Pop Up can elect, in advance of the event day, to write in more hours for an additional hourly fee on the sliding scale of $75-150/hour.

6 month Pilot Program Rate:
Sliding Scale $2,500-6,000
If you know your organization wants to set up a longer-term agreement with us we have partners who already do this too! Often it is aligned with grant fund spending or simply to have a calendar forecast taken care of. For this style of Pop Up we have a sliding scale that reflects similar rates to the hourly pop ups, but built into the longer time frame. With the longer-term commitment, we are able to build more of a relationship between organizations and so the specifics around length and frequency of Pop Ups is navigated in the initial information exchanges between our organization and yours.

Mission Aligned Non-Profit Rate:
This is where we started and where we will always hold space for access, community education and engagement and continuity of care. Our Pop Up program began with our student interns going out into the community and creating clinic energy in unexpected spaces. If your organization is wanting to offer Community Acupuncture Pop UPs and cannot make the sliding scale rates work, we always have the option to send a team of supervised interns to create the Pop Up experience for you and your participants. We love when our interns get the chance to see how well they can create the standard clinic energy and hold space for group healing in a new-to-them place.

Small Business Employee Acupuncture Support Program

We also partner with small businesses to make acupuncture accessible to their employees through our Small Business Employee Acupuncture Support Program.

Here’s how it works

Your business decides that they would like to offer access to WCA acupuncture treatments as part of your employee benefits plan. You create a business account with WCA and purchase discounted acupuncture treatments (EZ Pay treatments) to put into your account.

Your employees make an appointment at any of our three WCA clinics – they check in under their name and let our front desk staff know that they are part of your business’s employee benefits program with WCA.

WCA tracks your account and notifies you monthly of the status of the account. We will tell you how many credits have been used, if your account falls under the number of predetermined credits that your business keeps in the account, charge your business credit card on file for the purchase of the credits needed, and send you the receipt for that transaction. If no additional credits need to be purchased, we will simply email you the status of the account.

As a thank you for being part of our WCA Small Business Employee Acupuncture Support Program, WCA will charge your business our EZ Pay package pricing. The cost is then 5 acupuncture treatments for $100 – always. Also, neither your employees nor your business will be charged the $10 new patient paperwork fee. This helps make it easier and more accessible for your employees to come in and try it out. All they need to do is show up!

There will be a one time admin fee of $50.00

3. WCA will then contact you, fill in any missing pieces, answer any questions, make an account for your business, and send you an info sheet to give to your employees. The employees of your business can then make an appointment and come in whenever they would like.
